Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with a drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large herds of elephants. On your game drive, look out for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and over 400 bird species. Tarangire is especially enchanting during the dry season when wildlife gathers around the Tarangire River.

Day 2: Lake Eyasi – Hadzabe & Datoga Tribes

After breakfast, head to Lake Eyasi, a culturally rich destination home to the Hadzabe (hunter-gatherers) and the Datoga (blacksmiths). Spend the morning learning their ancient traditions — join the Hadzabe on a hunting walk, experience their fire-making techniques, and visit the Datoga to see their blacksmithing skills. In the afternoon, enjoy the lake’s tranquil views and birdlife.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Today is a highlight of the trip — a full-day game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the natural wonders of the world. The crater floor is teeming with wildlife: elephants, buffalos, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and predators like lions and hyenas. With a bit of luck, you may spot the endangered black rhino. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed on the crater floor before continuing your adventure.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
